As a bespoke manufacturer with no set module sizes, Britspace stands out from the crowd in modular manufacture. Your building will not be restricted by standard sizes or have to fit a
specific layout (which inevitably results in a change to the design of your building). Our in-house technical experts will design our modules to suit and fit your building design and specification.

Our modern purpose built 9,500mē factory facility currently incorporates six seperate
production lines, which has the ability to produce 2,400mē of building per week, which equates to
circa 80 modules per week. It is set up to optimise efficiency of manufacture, whilst retaining
the flexibility required within the diverse product range provided.
With previous experience of high-rise multi-storey buildings and large open plan spaces, clear spans
can exceed 12 metres. Britspace is demonstrating that modular buildings can be used to build quality, high specification structures in a fraction
of the time required by traditional construction.
Britspace is Constructionline registered, a CHAS accredited contractor
and an OGC buying solutions approved supplier, which allows UK public
sector organisations to negotiate directly without the need to tender,
saving time and money.
